For me, it all started when my 9-year-old niece, Laura, ran into my salon with tears in her eyes and said, “Uncle Jeff, don’t let me lose my hair.” She had just been diagnosed with leukemia. At the time, I was a celebrity hairdresser, working with presidents and supermodels, but in that moment, everything changed. That was the beginning of a new calling—one that eventually led to the creation of Wigs for Kids and my lifelong commitment to restoring confidence to those experiencing hair loss.
In this premiere episode, I’m joined by my co-host Andrea Vecchio, a former TV host who knows firsthand what it means to rebuild your identity after loss. She opens up about her own powerful story of transformation—how the end of a job, a broken relationship, and a major health scare left her feeling unrecognizable.
